Earning our guests’ loyalty—and keeping it—is the reason behind many of the business decisions we make. We are a caring airline that strives to be easy to do business with, making it easier for our guests to choose us.

When to use

Use when speaking about WestJet Rewards. WestJet Rewards was built upon this culture of caring, which is why the program is uniquely guest-focused and transparent. Getting to top-tier status is a straightforward path based on spend on WestJet flights and vacation packages, not a complicated formula involving miles travelled or flights flown. And when members reach the top tiers—Silver, Gold and Platinum—they enjoy ever-increasing benefits to enhance their travel experience with us.

Logo

The rewards logo is guest-facing, and has it’s own logo.  “Rewards” nests neatly under the logo, beginning beneath the bottom left corner of the W, and concluding before the start of the descending J.

Tier designator

When designating tiers the name of the tier must be accompanied by a chevron icon. The icon must always be the corresponding tier colour. The name and icon can be reversed if they’re sitting on a dark background colour. The tier chevron must sit to the left of the tier name.

Colour

These are the colours for each tier of the WestJet Rewards Program. We use them on owned channels and they can appear as accents in illustration. They act as an important distinguisher when talking about benefits of each tier. They should not be used as big blocks of colour within digital experiences.

Colour with text

Tier colours should only be used as accent as they may pose contrast difficulties for guests with visual impairments and are against accessibility compliance.

Visual expression

WestJet Rewards is an expressive extension of the core Arrival styles, amplifying its values by offering guests a tangible, personalized experience that deepens their connection and loyalty to the overarching brand.
