Tier qualifying spend tracks your progress towards achieving Silver, Gold or Platinum status each qualifying year.
Your progress towards Silver, Gold and Platinum status is based on your tier qualifying spend each qualifying year.
Tier qualifying spend tracks your progress towards achieving Silver, Gold or Platinum status each qualifying year (January 1 to December 31). It includes eligible WestJet flights, WestJet Vacations packages, seat selection, checked bag and cabin upgrade fees. It also includes amounts earned through Status Lift.
Tier qualifying spend tracks your progress towards achieving Silver, Gold or Platinum status each qualifying year (January 1 to December 31). It includes 100% of the amount spent on eligible WestJet flights, seat selection, checked bag and cabin upgrade fees, 20% of the individual portion of eligible WestJet Vacations packages, and amounts earned through Status Lift with your WestJet RBC® World Elite Mastercard‡ and/or WestJet RBC® World Elite Mastercard for Business‡. Sometimes, you may also earn additional tier qualifying spend through promotional offers and partner activity.
