Shapes

Shapes exist as a container for imagery and/or typography, as well as to anchor the WestJet logo. They will serve to reinforce brand recognition, while building greater affiliation with WestJet’s new brand platform.

Brand shapes

These shapes are inspired by the angles in the WestJet Maple Leaf icon.

Rewards shapes

It nods to the WestJet brand while having a unique look specifically for Rewards.

Usage

Do

  • Shapes must have a minimum of one angled edge and one straight edge.
  • Shapes can scale up and down depending on the asset. They can expand and contract to suit the design.
  • Shapes should appear in any Teal colour, any text within the shape must adhere to WCAG colour contrast guidelines.

Don't

  • Over use shapes, shapes should typically be only used for a single element on a screen.
